Lindstrand Balloons offer a comprehensive range of balloon envelopes. From solo balloons and sports balloons, through to the magnificent passenger carrying balloons, in addition to special shapes, Airships, advertising blimps and a host of other sealed gas balloons are available.
To assist in your choice of design, our Graphics Department will produce colour illustrations and presentation quality visuals using the very latest computer aided design technology.
All Lindstrand envelopes are created from the finest quality polyurethane coated rip-stop fabric, which is resistant to both fungal attack and fading. The fabric is durable and withstands even the rigours of extreme flying conditions. We offer a wide range of colours to satisfy your imagination.
For larger envelope sizes we recommend that the top third of the envelope is constructed from our high strength silicon coated Hyperlife fabric. Nomex fire retardent material is used at the base of the envelope, to protect the envelope during inflation.
We also offer a range of optional extras to complement your envelope. These include turning vents (to allow the balloon to be rotated during flight), the Q-vent deflation system for rapid deflation and "Clearview" parachute panels to provide overhead visibility.

All Lindstrand Balloons envelopes include Nomex base panels, together with a parachute deflation system.
'Q-Vent' fast deflation options are recommended on our larger envelopes, from 150,000 cu.ft. upwards. Combination tops are also available for more extreme deflation.
