Redrow continues relationship with Lindstrand Hot Air Balloons

Lindstrand Hot Air Balloons (Lindstrand Balloons) has today announced it will continue to operate and manage a Corporate Hot Air Balloon Programme during 2010 for Redrow, one of the UK’s leading residential and mixed-use property developers.

The 2010 programme will continue to increase brand saliency and build awareness, as well as integrate with existing marketing initiatives. In addition, the new programme will see the balloon being used as an educational tool in selected schools as part of the company’s ongoing commitment to building sustainable communities and enhancing local relationships.

“The Redrow balloon has helped us to create a unique and sophisticated strategy to generate brand awareness,” comments Wendy Martin, marketing services manager for Redrow Group Services Ltd. “Lindstrand will continue to develop and manage the balloon programme and work with our existing marketing and PR teams to increase mindshare of our brand and grow our market appeal.” 

Redrow first approached Lindstrand Balloons in 2006 when the company was looking for innovative and bold initiatives to raise brand awareness in existing and new markets, as well as drive traction at new development sites across the UK. Since then, the Redrow Balloon has flown at over 150 locations in the UK; taken national and local press into the skies; and served as a luxury competition prize for new home buyers.
