We have two levels of representation which we award to companies according to their resources and intended level of activity within a market.
A representative is expected to market our products within an agreed territory.  It is expected that he will be pro-active in approaching potential customers inside and outside of the existing ballooning fraternity and is also expected to actively approach potential corporate clients who would benefit from the promotional investment in a hot air balloon.  The company will assist with the promotional material for the individual presentations. 
 
A dealer is expected to fulfil all of the above functions but additionally will purchase a demonstrator balloon from the company (at preferential discounted rates) in order to have a presence at various balloon events within the agreed territory.  A dealer will be expected to offer a basic level of spares and repair service either through their own company or through a factory trained and approved repair station.
The fully accredited dealer can expect a higher level of marketing support and an much enhanced commission structure from the company.
